By placing an order with SocialMint, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service whether you read them or not. We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing any order to ensure you are up-to-date with any changes.
1. General Usage
SocialMint is designed solely to promote your social media profiles (followers, likes, views, etc.). We do not guarantee that your new followers will interact with you or post active comments; we simply guarantee you get the followers you pay for. You agree not to upload anything into the SocialMint site including virus, spyware, or malicious code that would damage the website operation.
2. Service Delivery Policies
- We make no guarantee for delivery times. We offer our best estimation for when orders will start and complete. This is only an estimate and we will not refund orders that are processing unless they fail to deliver.
- You must not change your username or set your profile to private while an order is processing. If your profile is made private or username is changed during delivery, the order will be marked complete and no refund will be provided.
- We do not accept responsibility for any account suspension, shadowban, or action taken by social networks (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) against your account. Usage of SMM panel services is entirely at your own risk.
3. Payment & Refund Policies
No refunds will be made to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card) after deposit. Once a deposit is completed, it is non-refundable. The funds will be credited to your SocialMint wallet balance to be used for our services.
You agree that you will not file a dispute or chargeback against us for any completed payment. If you file a dispute or chargeback after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate your account, ban your IP, and reverse any followers or likes delivered to your profiles.
4. Refills and Guarantees
Refill requests are processed automatically or via support tickets. Refills are only applicable for services that explicitly state "Refill" or "Guaranteed" in the package name. If the drop count is higher than the original start count of the order, we cannot refill the order.
5. Liabilities
SocialMint is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, or other social media platform. You use our SMM services at your own discretion and risk.
