Yes. All payment processing on SocialMint is handled by Cashfree Payments, an RBI-regulated, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card or UPI details on our servers. All transactions use bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption.

Once an order is placed and processing begins, it cannot be refunded to your original payment method. However, if an order fails to complete due to a technical issue (e.g., your Instagram profile was private), the order amount is automatically refunded to your SocialMint wallet balance. You can use this balance to place another order.

Most orders begin processing within 0–30 minutes of placement. Delivery speed varies by service type: Reel views and post likes are typically delivered within hours. Followers and subscribers are delivered over 1–7 days using drip-feed to mimic organic growth. Large orders may take longer.

Minimum order sizes vary by service. Most services have a minimum of 10–100 units. For example, Instagram reel views minimum is typically 100 views (cost: under ₹1). You can check exact minimums and maximums on each service's listing on our Services page.

Drip feed means your order is delivered gradually over time rather than all at once. For example, 10,000 followers might be delivered at 500 per day over 20 days. This mimics organic growth and is safer for your account as it avoids triggering spam detection on platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

SocialMint offers different quality tiers. Standard services use real-looking profiles (with photos, bios, and posts). Premium services provide high-quality, active accounts. The service description on each listing explains exactly what you're getting. We do not sell bot accounts that will disappear within 24 hours.

A refill guarantee means if the followers, likes, or views you purchased drop after delivery, we will top them up again for free within the specified guarantee period (usually 30–90 days). Social platforms periodically remove inactive accounts, which can cause drops. Choose a "Refill" service for maximum stability. You can request a refill from your Orders dashboard.

Orders that have already started processing cannot be cancelled. However, orders still in "Pending" status may be eligible for cancellation depending on the service. If cancellation is available, you'll see a cancel option in your Orders dashboard. If an order is cancelled or fails, the amount is returned to your SocialMint wallet.

If your order has not started within 24 hours, please contact our support team via the support ticket system in your dashboard. We will investigate and either complete the order, replace it with an equivalent service, or refund the amount to your wallet.

Yes, when using a reputable provider like SocialMint. We use gradual, realistic delivery to avoid triggering Instagram's spam detection. We never request your password. Instagram may occasionally remove purchased followers (which is why we offer refill guarantees), but account bans or strikes from purchasing are extremely rare with our delivery methods.

Channel bans from SMM panel usage are very rare when using a quality provider with gradual delivery. YouTube periodically audits subscriber counts and may remove some purchased subscribers. Choose our refill-guaranteed YouTube subscriber packages for long-term stability. Always supplement with genuine content for the best results.

There are no legal consequences for individual users buying these services — the platforms may, at most, remove the purchased engagement. Yes. Your profile or post must be public at the time of order placement and during delivery. If your account is private, we cannot deliver followers, views, or likes. Make your profile public before ordering, and keep it public until the order is fully delivered.

Standard YouTube views from SMM panels are typically not counted toward the 4,000-hour watch time requirement for YouTube Partner Program monetisation.
