Live attendance and recordings are separate
X distinguishes a live Space from its recording. Hosts can record a Space and make that recording available after the event. A purchase described as live listeners should not be assumed to add replay listening. See X's hosting documentation.
For example, a 100-listener, 15-minute offer describes a different attendance window from 100 listeners for 60 minutes. That comparison is about service scope, not a claim that all accounts will join simultaneously or stay for the full window; those details require confirmation.
Match the package to the event
Before requesting a quote, record the live Space URL, scheduled start time with timezone, duration and required quantity. For an Indian audience, write IST explicitly so a supplier does not mistake it for another timezone.
Ask whether the listed quantity is concurrent listeners or cumulative arrivals. Then ask when the duration clock begins, how late starts are handled and whether departures are replaced. These conditions matter more than a headline cost with no unit.
Do listener counts prove interest?
No. A visible count does not establish attentive listening, a relevant audience, questions from participants or sales. If your goal is a useful discussion, judge the event by responses and follow-up actions as well as attendance.
Publish a clear topic and schedule, brief the speakers and share the link with people who have reason to attend. Those actions make the event understandable without promising a particular audience size.
